I love TheBalm makeup line. All their products are hilarious and cute. The saying such as Time Balm for concealer,
Shady Lady for eye shadow, Read my Lips, lipstick, Stainiac for lip stain etc. I love the old hollywood look of the line and it makes you want to collect it all.
These are FUNNY... I loved them. It looks hot just from the label.

I loved this gum when it came out. Think it's sleek and makes gum look "cool" haha. Neat design on the inside of the package, the gum wrappers match the flavor. I think it works.Nutella is the BOMB.. but their packaging is not. It's too old school and doesn't make it look as good as it really is. It needs something else. I like old school stuff, but this drawing just doesn't do it for me.
I think this baking butter package is the most boring thing ever. I know it's not a fancy schmancy butter and used for baking, but it is really lame.
WHAAT... who would buy something that says Dry Salami Nuggets haha. People in cocktail attire on the front of a salami nugget package. And the nuggets look gross, they would be better off not having a clear bag for it. No like.
I liked the examples you posted of what you thought was good packaging. The flip box approach to gum is fantastic and the concept behind the hot sauce is hilarious. Your bad examples, although I agree that the design of the product may be average, I think you should address concerns about packaging and whether or not you think it works.

ReplyDeleteAnyway, love the clever sayings on the make up packaging, genius! The hot sauce looks too hot for me, but the brown paper is awesome. That gum is totally high class. Those dry salami nuggets make me wanna barf, I can't even tell what that Imperial crap is??? AND Nutella IS bomb.

I loved all the designs you posted. The hot sauce brand is a great way to market it!! And I agree with you, LOVE nutella but they need some new designs.

I am also a huge fan of the 5 gum, I enjoy the slim , sleek pack. However disturbing the dried salami nuggets may seem, I still feel an urge to try one.
